At Somerset Gas, we provide a reliable and professional service, and will notify you each year as to when your service or safety check is due. All of our engineers are experienced and qualified Gas Safe or Oftec registered engineers and are employed directly by Somerset Gas.

We can offer you a same day appointment. If you call us in the morning, we can get your heating on by the afternoon.

We will continue to update you on your appointment booking and remind you of your visit, 24 hours before our engineer is due.
Our engineers carry lots of replacement parts and spares for your appliance which means that it is more likely that we can repair your fault within one visit.
We ask our customers to approve our work before the engineer leaves your home. Our customers receive an electronic report of the completed repair and a 12 Month Warranty on all work.
